The people of Sebastopol love baseball. The classically American ball game is celebrated with passion among this small-town community, largely in part to the many baseball fields in town. Ives Park, a community park in town, has a baseball field, as well as many other grassy areas for playing catch. The Laguna Youth Park is another great community park in town that has not one, but two baseball fields in order to encourage the growth of Sebastopol’s Little League baseball teams. The other baseball fields in town can be found at Willard Libby Park and Ragle Ranch Regional Park. Willard Libby is a neighborhood park is home to two baseball fields, as well as bocce ball courts, tennis courts, and a playground for kids. Ragle Ranch has multiple baseball fields, as well as a variety of other sporting venues.
